Many of the most common issues that arise with the app can typically be solved with a couple simple solutions to make sure your app is updated. The team at CheddrSuite is constantly updating the software and fixing bugs, so to make sure you are running on the most recent updated version, you will want to try force closing and force updating the app:


Force Closing (iOS)
1. For phones with a home button, double tap the home button to bring up the app switcher. For phones with no home button, just swipe up using the bar at the bottom of the screen to reach the app switcher.
2. From the app switcher, swipe up on the CheddrSuite app to force close it. This will kill the app and clear any information within it that has been cached by iOS. Don't worry though, your messages, posts, and other data will be fetched from the server when you reopen the app.
3. Re-open the app whenever you're ready to check if the bug still persists.

Force Closing (Android)
1.  For devices using the standard "Three Button" touch system at the bottom of the screen, tap the square to bring up the app switcher. For devices not using this system, swipe up using the bar at the bottom of the screen to bring up the app switcher.
2. From the app switcher, swipe up on the CheddrSuite app to force close it. This will kill the app and clear any information within it that has been cached by Android. Don't worry though, your messages, posts, and other data will be fetched from the server when you reopen the app.
3. Re-open the app whenever you're ready to check if the bug still persists.

2. Tap on your profile icon in the top right of the screen to open your pending update list and purchase history.
3. Swipe down from the top of this screen to fetch new app updates from Apple.
4. Scroll down the section titled "Updated Recently."
5. If the CheddrSuite app is in this list with a button labeled "Update", press the Update button to update the app to the latest version, paying attention to the update description to learn about new features or to see if your specific issue has been fixed. If it is not in this list, or has a button labeled "Open", your app is already up-to-date and there are no more updates at this time.
6. Open the CheddrSuite app and new features, bug fixes, and improvements will automatically be present.

4. If the CheddrSuite app is in the list labeled with "Update Available", tap the "Update" button to update the app to the latest version, paying attention to the update description to learn about new features or to see if your specific issue has been fixed. If it is not in this list, or is not labeled "Update Available", your app is already up-to-date and there are no more updates at this time.
5. Open the CheddrSuite app and new features, bug fixes, and improvements will automatically be present.
