Doc folder permissions allow you to share specific information with specific individuals or groups of individuals. For example, you may choose to not share your secret recipe with the FOH staff or a menu test with the dishwasher.
How to allow for permissions:
1. Under the "Docs" tab, choose a folder/document. Then, select the people who you would like to be able to see the folder in the Who Sees The Documents In This Folder section. You can select more than one group of staff or select Everybody.
2. Alternatively, if you would like to choose individuals rather than a group, you can select individuals from the "Add Document Viewers" section.
3. If you select the wrong person or group, you can simply click the group/name again to unselect it. If a person/group box is yellow, it has been selected for viewing. If the box is gray, this person/group has not been selected and will not be able to view the document(s).
4. Press Save to make your changes official.
