Can I send staff text messages?

Yes! As long as your staff members have added a valid cell phone number to their CheddrSuite employee profile, you can send text messages to your staff members. Here's how:

1.  Compose a message by using the quick link found in the header or the Message icon found in the left-side menu.

2.  Complete every field in the Message feature.  

3.  Once every field is completed, you will select how you would like to share the message in the Message Type section. To send your message via Text, simply check the box next to Send As Text. The text will be sent to the phone number that is in CheddrSuite in the Staff section. You can also choose to send a text message and an email for better coverage.
