Yes! CheddrSuite supports multiple positions per employee. If your bartender sometimes serves or hosts, you're covered! 


Under the Staff tab, the Staff Positions section is where you will create a position for scheduling, like "Server". In Manage Staff section, you will be able to view your employees and edit their positions by tapping the pencil icon to the right. 


You can choose multiple positions for each employee, but make sure you select their primary position. When you assign a staff member to multiple positions, his/her name will populate as a potential candidate for either shift in the scheduling feature. The staff member will also receive position-specific messaging. The Pay Rate can be entered either as Salary or Hourly. The number you enter in this box will be used to calculate the project labor expense in the Scheduling tab.
