If you don't already have an image of the employee saved to your desktop you can use a mobile device to take their picture.   

  1. Take a picture of the staff member
  2. Save the image to your desktop  
  3. Click on the Staff tab
  4. Click on the Pencil icon for the given employee Edit Employee
  5.  The Edit User form will  pop up 
  6. Click on the Chose File button to add or change a photoEdit User Photo
  7. Save changes by clicking the Save button
