What is an Inventory Location?

Inventory location is the area in which you store specific products for your restaurant. You must create these locations before adding inventory items to CheddrSuite.

Examples: Dry Storage Room, Walk in Refrigerator, Cold Prep Table

To add an Inventory Location:

1- Type in a location into the "Add Inventory Location" box. (Example: Cold Prep Table)

2- Type a number into the "Order" box. This number signifies which position this location will be set on your list. For example, if you take inventory starting with dry storage, choose the number 1 for this location item.

3- Click the Add button to save your new location.
