What is the shift log?

The shift log is the digital logbook that keeps your team updated on day-to-day operations.  The shift log allows certain types of users to log and view everything that happened during a shift in one easy to read page layout. Use the settings tab to create service times and to choose from dozens of stock fields in order to track your sales, repairs, customer issues, etc. You can also create custom fields to track what is important to your business. The best thing about the shift log is that it allows you to compare daily logs to spot trends over time and improve operations.
