How does staff ask for time off?

Staff is able to submit Time Off Requests by clicking on the   icon.  Once a staff member hits the icon the information below will pop up.  The employee will need to fill out the request in detail and hit the submit button in the lower right hand corner.  The request will then be emailed to the manager along with a dashboard alert.
